During the webinar\, you’ll hear about many perspectives on the ongoing concern of aging in one’s own home and getting people who have an intellectual disability out of long-term care facilities. Members of Council of Community Living Ontario and People4People will share their perspectives on the way people are moved into large institution-like settings which are not fulfilling the needs of each person individually. The purpose of this webinar is to create awareness about the challenges faced by people who have a disability and realizing the significance of advocating together by collaborating and creating a collective voice to bring about a positive change. \nWe welcome you all to attend and please share this within your networks.
