Welcome to the Piece of the Pie Project (POP for short)!
What Is POP?
POP is a collaborative art project that reflects the voices of our community. Each piece becomes part of a larger collection that will be shared with partners and donors as a symbol of inclusion, connection, and belonging — reminding everyone that every piece matters, just like every person in our community.
The Story Behind The Project
Piece of the Pie is a community art project that started in 2022, bringing together over 100 participants. The project uses the symbol of a circle to represent connection, movement, and belonging—core values of Community Living Guelph Wellington (CLGW).
Each participant creates a “piece of the pie,” showing that every contribution matters. This project is not about artistic skill, it’s about participation, voice, and representation. Staff, people we support (PWS), families, volunteers, and community members all come together to create something meaningful.
