Thank you for accessing the supporting documents to prepare for this year’s Annual Members Meeting.

As a member of Community Living Guelph Wellington, you have voting rights at our Annual Members Meeting (AMM). Formerly referred to as our Annual General Meeting, this meeting is an opportunity for our board to share with our members an overview of our finances and activities for the previous fiscal year.

An email inviting members to register for the AMM was sent to all active members on August 7, 2024, with RSVPs being due by 4pm on September 19th. If you did not receive the registration details for this year's event, please email shelleymay@clgw.ca.

The Annual Members Meeting will be hosted on Teams this year. Members who register for the AMM will receive the Teams meeting link the week of the meeting.

If you are not able to attend but wish to have someone vote as your proxy, proxy forms (included above) are due no less than 48 hours before the AMM.
