It’s been a big year for Community Living Guelph Wellington. We have been hard at work building partnerships and collaborations in our community, and you can find some of those partnerships on display in this year’s Annual Report. For us, the supports and services we offer are about creating and nurturing opportunities, about inclusion and community, about creating a future that’s full and bright for the people we support.
