Community Resource Fair

Spend an evening at this Guelph and Wellington County Resource Fair learning about supports, services, community resources and what’s available to you from local Developmental Service providers.
In partnership with Developmental Services Ontario, Wellington Catholic District School Board, Upper Grand District School Board, this evening is hosted by the Passport Community Development Team. At the resource fair, you will find local
- Ministry Funded Developmental Services Agencies
- Private Day Programs
- Community Supports & Services
- Employment and Volunteer Agencies
- Camp, Sport, Recreation and Respite Facilities
- Legal, Financial and Investment Consultants
This evening is free to attend. People with developmental disabilities, their families and caregivers, adults with Passport funding, transitional aged youth and anyone seeking services in Wellington County will find this resource fair helpful.
