Outdoor Exploring – a Passport Story

Randy loves rock and roll and exploring the outdoors. Randy receives passport funding and currently uses CLGW to help support him in his adventures.

Due to COVID-19, Randy feels safer exploring his local community outdoors. This has allowed Randy to get in touch with his “nature” side and reconnect with activities that he had once enjoyed, like geocaching. Randy has been able to use his past experience to teach geocaching to his passport DSP, inspiring her to explore nature and connect with the amazing local opportunities.

Randy would like to continue using his passport funding to explore the many great outdoor spaces that Wellington County has to offer to build on his social skills and knowledge of nature around him.

Randy has been able to learn the importance of knowledge sharing and hopes to educate more people about the cool things in nature and all the opportunity that lies within this great community.

“Keep it rocked, keep it locked. Be safe, enjoy life and explore your local community” – Randy
